MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – CREDIT & MARKETING(MIC/MBD/02): 1st degree in a business discipline / MBA (essential) / minimum of 6 years experience in the Financial Services Industry / Experience in retail banking, marketing, customer acquisition and management / Strong understanding of Microfinance and grass-root banking or finance / Must be below 36 years of age.
CREDIT & MARKETING OFFICERS (MIC/CMO/03): HND or B.Sc. degree in a business or social discipline / Minimum of 2 years experience in the financial services industry / Marketing, customer acquisition and cultivation, credit documentation / Very strong knowledge of micro and small enterprises and their needs / Must be below 30 years of age.
HEAD, CREDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT (MIC/HC/04): HND or B.Sc. degree in a business discipline, MBA or professional qualification / Minimum of 8 years experience preferably in the banking industry / Experience in Credit and Risk management, Loan origination and recovery / must be below 38
years of age.
OPERATIONS/CASH OFFICER (MIC/OCO/006): HND or B.Sc. degree in accounting, banking and finance, or related discipline / Minimum of 2 years experience in the banking industry / Strong knowledge of operations, teller, funds transfer or clearing and vault / Must be below 28 years of age.
