GRADUATES/ASSOCIATE TAX CONSULTANTS: Have interest in a career in Taxation / have a 1st degree with minimum of 2nd Class Upper / Be 27 years or under (entry level graduate).
- SENIOR/TAX CONSULTANT: Be a qualified Tax Practitioner (ACIT) or Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA) or lawyer with relevant tax experience / A 1st degree with a minimum of 2nd class upper / Have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Tax Advisory Services / have ability to work with minimum supervision / be 35 years under (experienced professional).
