Job Vacancy for Property Maintenance Manager in a Real Estate Firm

A leading Real Estate and Investments company and a member of an International Group requires the services of a seasoned professional to fill the vacant position of Property Maintenance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Maintenance Manager who will report to the General Manager, Real Estate will be in-charge of property maintenance. He will be responsible for preparation of schedule of dilapidation, bills of quantity/bills of materials and co-ordination of different consultants/contractors on various building projects; He will also assist in supervision of a team of other professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
The ideal person who must have good working knowledge of computer (particularly AutoCAD Programme) should not be less than 35 years old and must possess a good first University degree in Civil Engineering with bias for Engineering Structures or Building, while a Masters degree in Construction Management will be an added advantage. The candidate who must be a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers or Nigerian Institute of Builders should have good knowledge of estimation or quantity surveying and should possess minimum of 8 years working experience in construction industry or property management and should be conversant with relevant Building Bye-Laws in operation within the industry.
